What's on the index?
The certificate index has an entry for this compound. Certificates are published on the certificates page, and MOTS-c is among the products with one. We read the index on 2026-09-01.
A couple of listed products have no published certificate yet. We don't name them, since they're not this compound.
Which panel lines does the index list?
These lines, in order, and nothing beyond their names:
- identity by a matching HPLC retention time
- a second identity check by LC-MS
- purity on HPLC against a release criterion of not less than 95.0 percent
- net peptide content, named as a line with no figure attached
- sterility and bacterial endotoxin
- heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury and lead), each reading Not Detected on the published batches
- a fentanyl screen
That's the list.
These are the lines the index lists for its published products. No measured figure for MOTS-c appears here or on the index page, so we don't borrow one.
Which lab is named?
Titreon Analytical runs the panels. The live page describes it as a third-party lab whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. We keep that qualifier attached, because the short version would claim a standing the live page doesn't.
Published, linked, not read by us
The index publishes and links its panels, plus some reports from a second outside lab. We didn't download the file for this compound. So the right wording is published and linked, never read.
Links to Peptara Labs are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them.
Here's the page behind this entry: the certificate index. Whether an entry is published, linked or actually opened is the distinction this whole site runs on. More on published, linked, not read.
Linked isn't read. Reading has its own date.
Why is there no file link for MOTS-c?
We never fetched the address of this compound's certificate file, so we don't publish one. Guessing a path because other paths follow a pattern would be inventing an address. The index link stands in its place.
What does research use mean here?
We read published pages and report which ones carry a name, which leave it out, and when we opened each. We don't describe the compound, and we say nothing about what any material does to anybody.
Whatever a supplier calls research grade, we treat as research material and nothing else. Nothing here is medical advice, and nobody is told to do anything.
Questions about the supplier
These pages all belong to one supplier
What is Peptara Labs, on its own pages?
On its own pages, Peptara Labs says it supplies research-grade compounds and educational information, and isn't a medical provider. Its certificate index lists its research-grade products and their certificates. We read its pages for one name and report what each carries. We give no verdict on the company.
Who does Peptara Labs name as its testing laboratory?
Titreon Analytical, described on the live page as a third-party lab whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. We keep that qualifier with the name, exactly as the index does.
Does Peptara Labs publish certificates of analysis?
Yes. Certificates are published on its certificate index. Whether we opened any single file is the separate question this page covers.
